The challenge

Lansia began as a spreadsheet used every day for five years. It already contained the product logic: the goals, the daily record, and the information worth keeping. A mobile design was completed in 2023, but the product stayed unbuilt until May 2026. The practical question was whether that proven workflow could become a finished iOS and Android app without turning a small in-house product into a long development project. We used the existing design and an AI-native build process to implement the app during one week of evening work. Both store submissions were completed within that week. The project became a focused test of how much implementation time could be reduced when the product logic and design were already resolved.

What we did

  1. 1Translate the spreadsheet into a mobile product

Five years of daily use provided the starting requirements. We mapped the goals, entries, and history into a focused mobile flow, then used the 2023 interface design as the specification for implementation.

  2. 2Build and submit both apps in one week

The app was implemented through an AI-native production process, with generated work reviewed against the design and product logic in short loops. The build took place during evening sessions over one week, and the iOS and Android submissions were both completed in that window.
