Who we are
This site is operated by 350life, a product design and development studio based in Slovenia. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

For any question about your data, or to make a request under the GDPR, email tim@350life.com.
What we collect, and why
If you email us or book a call, we receive the details you choose to send: typically your name, email address, and message. We use them to reply to you and to discuss working together. That is the only purpose.
This site has no contact form and no field for you to type into. There is nothing here that collects your details unless you choose to write to us or book a call, and we do not build a marketing profile from what you send.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and, once we are working together, performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and there is nothing here for you to consent to or dismiss. Our analytics are cookieless by design.
Third parties who process data for us
We keep this list short deliberately. Four services are involved in running this site:
- Vercel: hosting. Processes standard server request data, including IP addresses, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Privacy policy.
- Vercel Web Analytics: aggregate traffic measurement. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build a profile of you. We use it only to see which pages are read.
- Vercel Speed Insights: how quickly pages load. It measures the timings of the page you are on, with the same cookieless approach, and tells us where the site is slow. It records no identity and follows you nowhere.
- Calendly: call booking. If you book a call, Calendly receives the name, email address, and scheduling details you enter. If you would rather not use it, email us instead. Privacy policy.
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or pass it to anyone beyond the processors above.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t become projects: kept indefinitely, so we still have the thread if you come back to us later. Ask us to delete yours and we will, the same day.
- Client records: for the life of the engagement. Records that form part of our accounts are kept for 10 years, as Slovenian accounting law requires.
- Analytics: aggregate only. Nothing that identifies you is retained.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it altogether. You can also ask us to send it to you in a portable format.
Email us and we will action it the same day, like everything else. You will not be asked to justify the request.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), ip-rs.si.
