How we work

Start with a conversation. We send a free written scope. If it makes sense, begin with a paid pilot or move into the agreed engagement.

What happens on the first call

  1. 1You explain the product, where it stands, and what needs to happen next.
  2. 2We identify the first useful piece of work and say plainly if we are not the right fit.
  3. 3If there is a sensible way forward, we send a free written scope.

How scoping works

Scoping is free. From a clear brief, we write a short plan for the first piece of work, including the deliverable, fixed price, and rough timeline. The scope is the plan; it is not free design or development. If the plan makes sense, the next step is a paid pilot or the agreed engagement.

Talk to us

A price you can plan around

For fixed-price work, the price stays fixed while the scope stays fixed. Before work begins, we record what is included, what is not, and which decisions we need from you. If the scope changes, we explain the effect on price and timing before any extra work begins.

Budget and timelines

Scoping is free. Paid pilots start around €5,000. Full builds that cover brand, product design, and software development typically start around €25,000. If the available budget does not fit the work, we say so on the first call.

FAQ

What kind of work are you best at?

Product design and the build that follows it, so the work stays with the same people from Figma to a live site or a shipped app. Most of what we ship is Webflow for marketing sites and Next.js on Vercel for product work, with Supabase or Firebase behind it, TypeScript and Tailwind throughout, and Expo or Swift when it has to be an app. We do the plumbing too: payments through Stripe or PayPal, transactional email, analytics, maps, and the API work that connects a product to whatever a client already runs on, from a CRM to the spreadsheet the operations team will not give up. Work that sits inside that moves fast, because nobody is learning the tools on your budget.

How much does an engagement cost?

Paid pilots start around €5,000, and full builds typically start around €25,000. We confirm the price in a free written scope. If the available budget does not fit the work, we say so on the first call.

Do you charge for scoping?

No. Scoping is free and produces a short written plan for the first piece of work, including the deliverable, fixed price, and rough timeline. It defines the engagement; it does not begin the design or development. The next step is usually a paid pilot.

How do fixed-price engagements protect us?

The agreed price holds while the agreed scope holds. Assumptions, exclusions, and client decisions are set before work begins, and any change is discussed before it affects the budget.

What's the smallest way we can start working with you?

Start with a call and a free written scope. The first paid step is usually a pilot: one defined piece of real work before a full build or ongoing partnership.

How fast do you reply to a new enquiry?

The same day. You will know quickly whether the work is a fit and what information we need next.

Who owns the work you produce?

You do. On completion and payment, the brand, designs, code, design system, and source files are yours. You can continue with us or take the work forward independently.
